| Vendor pricing for our show is $40.00 for each space. Each space measures approximately 20 feet x 25 feet. |
| 2009 marks a change in how the Roaring 20's Car Show
Flea Market will be organized. In previous years there was a pre-registration process in
place. For staffing reasons, the Club approved a process by which Flea Market vendors will
operate on a "First Come, First Served" basis. What this means is that instead
of reserving a particular space on the Flea Market field, when you arrive on Show Day, you
will pay your vendor fee at the gate and then Flea Market Coordinators will assist you in
setting up in any open space that you choose. Obviously, the Club prefers the pre-registration process, but without the staff to manage it, this process is not possible. To avoid long lines on Route 172 the morning of the Car Show, the Club recommends that you arrive as early as possible to secure your space. Our Flea Market Coordinators will do thier best to help you locate a space to your liking as quickly as possible so that we do not create traffic jams along Route 172. As in previous years, all Flea Market vendors must arrive and be set up by 8 AM, which is when the spectator gate opens. The Club reserves the right to refuse any entry if there are no available spaces left on the field. We have made early notification of this process to ensure that it goes smoothly. Your cooperation is appreciated as is your continued participation in our Show. If you have any questions about this process please either email fleamarket@roaring-20s.org. |
